Total Pilates is a business I set up 8 years ago. It encompasses all aspects of Pilates. From Matwork classes to Personal Programming. I studied the full Pilates Diploma with the Pilates Institute, in London, www.pilates-institute.com, Michael King and his team are one of the leading educators in Pilates in this country. The full Diploma does not just teach you the basic skills for Matwork Pilates but covers many aspects of Pilates. Once completed you hold the highest levels of Pilates education you can attain in this country.

I  teach Matwork Pilates classes in the Guildford / Woking area on a Monday Morning , Evening and Wednesday evening. Please see Class Details for information on class locations and times. 

I am  a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and have a clinic at The Pavilion Health Club in Hampton. I have a treatment room in Guildford and  work from here during the day on a Monday and Tuesday evening. I am a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA) and am listed as an insured recognised therapist on the SMA website www.sportsmassageassociation.org.
