You may recall there was some confusion with the sizing, I am sorry I hope this did not affect too many of you. The company email address is www.physicalcompany.co.uk. Prickle Balls - Those of you who requested a set of prickle balls, they have now arrived. They are £10 for the set and I will bring them along to classes over the next week. Foam rollers - They are currently £24 for the smaller one (4")and £27 for the larger one (6"). There are also soft head cushions small with a washable cover £7 and the larger again with a cover £9. If you do want a thicker mat than the ones provided in the class they have gone up they are £24 with postage and VAT. The codes for the mats are GSB14 Blue or GSJ14 green if you wanted to do it yourself or let me know and I will order it for you. ANYONE INTERESTED I HAVE TWO SMALL NEW FOAM ROLLERS FOR PURCHASE, IF YOU DID REQUEST ONE AND HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Course Dates I am considering offering Monday morning and Wednesday evening classes for the first 3 weeks of the state school summer holidays.....the last week of classes before summer will be 18 July, so they could carry on for Monday 25th & Wednesday 27th July and the first two weeks in August? At present you would have to pay for all 3 and not be able to just drop in but if I have enough interest this could be a possibility. Homework Guide Some of you were asking about things to practice at home. I have put together a downloadable file ( I hope) as a guide. Give you something to do at times when you are unable to make the class.

We are reaching the end of the 2nd course.....where does time go?We are through the period of Bank Holidays and Royal Weddings!. THE NEXT MONDAY & WEDNESDAY COURSES WILL BE A 7 WEEK COURSE, There are still a few places remaining on some courses, so if you know of anyone who would like to join can you let me know.
