I have been teaching Pilates Matwork classes for over 29 years, working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and physical abilities. My philosophy is simple: it is never too late to take control of your health and fitness.
I truly believe that a healthy lifestyle leads to greater happiness and a more positive outlook on life. Pilates supports this by bringing balance, strength, and improved alignment to the body, helping muscles work more efficiently and feel their best.
My own journey with Pilates began 29 years ago when I was a keen runner, busy mum, and working as a personal trainer, teaching aerobic classes, and practising as a sports massage therapist. My body was feeling the strain, and Pilates became essential in helping me regain balance, reduce injury, and continue doing the activities I love.
I trained in 1997 with the Pilates Institute in London (www.pilates-institute.com). Under the guidance of Michael King and his team—leading educators in Pilates at the time—I completed a full three-year Diploma. This included specialist training in remedial Pilates working alongside physiotherapists, as well as in-depth study in back care, working with seniors, pregnancy Pilates, the Spine Corrector, and the Wunda Chair.
Alongside Pilates, I am also an experienced Sports Massage Therapist. I initially trained for a year with the Welsh Sports Institute, followed by further study at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). I completed my training while pregnant with my first child, who is now 28.

Face to Face Class
I offer 3 face to face classes Monday 11am at Sutton Green Village Hall, Monday 6pm ( Currently FULL) & Wednesday 9.30am at St Pius Church Hall, Merrow, Surrey. These will all be mixed ability mat based Pilates and suitable for beginners. £12 per class paid every 10 weeks.

Individual Online Classes
Only have time for one class per week, then this is the plan for you, Individual Online Classes. Select the class of your choice, Monday, Wednesday or Friday. All are 60-minute classes. Drop me an email notifying me of the class you wish to attend and transfer the class fee for the month. £11 per class paid monthly. We will share the code with you.

Months Online Subscription
Enjoy a months unlimited online classes, allowing you greater flexibility to exercise when it’s convenient for you. Either sign up here or drop me an email, transfer the fee and we will share all the online class codes with you for that month.
