  • Dream it.

    It all began with an idea. I have taught Pilates and practiced Sports massage Therapy for many years. When Covid came along I was forced, through lack of space, to turn a very small business into something more. I moved my office quite literally down the garden. I have not looked back. Such a beautiful space for massage and Pilates, it really can make all the difference.

  • Build it.

    Building my new studio is very similar to your fitness journey. Start with the foundations and build up from there. I have always loved to run, walk, climb, cycle and swim, I love to keep active. I appreciate that you have to work at that staying active bit. Balancing what you do is crucial to remaining injury free, to be able to enjoy doing the things you love. Pilates and sports massage are both incredible medium to help facilitate that.

  • Live it.

    I was a fitness instructor and personal trainer until I started my family. I now teach 5 Pilates classes per week, a mixture of online and face to face. I have my beautiful studio in the garden for 1-2-1 Pilates and sports Massage. My three children are now adults and my fitness journey is my way of life. Adding Pilates into that journey has been life changing.
